Return Policy

Activewear4U is not satisfied unless our customers are satisfied. We appreciate customers who make a honest effort to select styles that fit their needs, however, we know it doesn't always work out.  Because we custom make each garment we ask that you not order items “just to try on.” However, if unsatisfied, a full refund will be given if the garment is returned unworn, within 15 days of  receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable. Garments that have been modified from our standard pattern sizes and styles are not returnable.

  • All returns must be received with 15 days of the date the customer receives them.
  • Worn garments are not returnable.
  • Shipping Costs are not re-fundable.
  • We do not accept returns on items that have been damaged in anyway, this includes odors from smoke or perfume.
  • We can not accept C.O.D on return. When your return arrives, your credit card will be credited for the purchase price, minus shipping..
  • Items that have been modified from our standard patterns are not returnable. If this applies to you, you will be aware as we will have corresponded with you regarding your special requests.
  • Custom group orders in excess of 6 items of a particular style and fabric are not returnable.
  • Customers who return in excess of 5 items per year (abuse our return policy simply to try on our products) will be asked not to order in the future.
  • Exception:  THONG CUT LEOTARDS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
  • When 50% of an order totaling $150.00 is returned the amount returned will be subject to 30% restock fee.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

Return Procedure
Use a strong carton or padded envelope. Activewear4U will not be responsible for items damaged when being shipped back to us. Include a copy of the return form which was sent to you in your original shipment. Items sent back without completing the return form (click here for form) will not be accepted. Your comments on the return form are very appreciated and assist us in improving our products.

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect it and credit your credit card, minus shipping. A credit receipt will not be mailed to you, unless postage envelope returned with product and requested.
